Week ending Friday, January 22: Pearl is doing great with storytelling. Pearl and Ruth focus on proper capitalization of letters. Ruth is an excellent speller. Pearl has started the book Little House in the Big Woods. Ruth will be starting Esperanza Rising. Pearl will also soon start reading the Year of the Boar and Jackie Robinson as a book club with Uncle Dan. See the reading chart below:
